Aluminum adapter and 6" x 8" galvanneal steel baseplate are combined for mounting ColorGard® 2.0 bar snow retention system on single ply membrane roofs.
Roof Mounting Method:
- Use five (5) XHD #15x3" screws to fasten baseplate into METAL roof deck.
- Use five (5) CTX #14x2.5" screws to fasten baseplate into WOOD roof deck.
- Flashing membrane is applied over the baseplate with upright bolts exposed.
- ColorGard adapter (mounting bracket) is attached to exposed baseplate bolts, ensuring a watertight seal.
Requires the use of UNpunched ColorGard 2.0 bar with 2.0 VersaClips (sold separately).
Punched ColorGard 2.0 Bar is NOT compatible with the Single Ply Adapter.
